Loomé Atelier, a Paris-based fashion house, approached Sonder with the ambition to refine its brand identity and online presence. Known for their meticulously crafted garments and artistic vision, they wanted a website that would reflect their elegance while also functioning as a modern sales and storytelling tool. Our task was to create a seamless bridge between their sophisticated aesthetic and the expectations of a global digital audience.
Challenges
The main challenge was balancing high fashion minimalism with accessibility. Loomé needed a design that felt luxurious without alienating users through complexity. Another hurdle was integrating their brand narrative with e-commerce functionality—ensuring visitors could both experience the artistry behind the atelier and easily shop collections. Additionally, the client was competing in a crowded digital luxury space where differentiation was critical.
Solutions
We began by defining a strong visual language rooted in Loomé’s values: timelessness, craftsmanship, and artistic exploration. This translated into a clean, editorial-style website layout, with bold typography and immersive imagery. Subtle micro-interactions guided the user experience, giving visitors the sense of browsing a digital gallery rather than a conventional store. We also built a flexible CMS so their team could update collections with ease, maintaining consistency while adapting to seasonal changes.
Outcomes
The new identity and website positioned Loomé Atelier as more than a fashion brand—it became a digital destination for high design. Visitors spent significantly more time exploring their lookbooks and editorial pages, while online sales increased due to the frictionless shopping experience. Beyond numbers, the brand gained recognition from design communities, with the project earning an Awwwards nomination that validated Loomé’s standing as a leader in both fashion and digital presence.
