Welcome to Sunder Studio (“Sunder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website (sonderstudio.com) or working with us on a project, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Sunder provides creative and digital services, including but not limited to: brand identity, web design, UI/UX design, art direction, and related consulting. Project details, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in individual proposals or agreements signed with each client.
2. Intellectual Property
All original work created by Sunder remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (logos, designs, websites, etc.) transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, social media, and marketing materials.
3. Payments & Fees
All projects require a written agreement and may include a deposit before work begins.
Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in the proposal.
Late payments may result in project delays, suspension, or additional fees.
4. Revisions & Feedback
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, as stated in the proposal.
Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra costs.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely feedback, content, and approvals.
Delays in feedback may affect project timelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sunder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project outcomes, third-party tools, or website downtime.
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the project in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
Fees for completed work and in-progress deliverables remain payable upon termination.
8. Governing Law
